Gaming Life

Terms

Last updated: 8 August 2026

The short version

The games are free. Play them, enjoy them, don't cheat the leaderboard, and don't take the game apart and republish it as yours.

We can't promise a game is always online or always bug-free. If it breaks, tell us and we'll probably fix it.

Who you're agreeing with

These terms are between you and Ymedia Ventures BV, a company registered in the Netherlands, trading as Gaming Life. They cover this website and the games we publish, wherever you play them.

Playing the games

The games are free to play for personal enjoyment. There is nothing to buy, and no account with us to make. You don't need our permission to play, share a link, stream it, or make a video about it.

Some game portals (Poki, CrazyGames) offer their own accounts, which can carry your progress between devices. Those are optional, they're agreements between you and that portal under its terms, and you never need one to play our games.

What we ask you not to do:

Leaderboard names

If a game lets you enter a display name, it appears publicly next to your score. You're responsible for what you type. We remove names that are offensive, impersonate someone, or identify a child — without warning, because a name on a public leaderboard isn't the place for a debate.

Please don't enter a real full name or anything personal. See the privacy page for why.

Ads

The games are paid for by advertising, shown by whichever portal you're playing on — usually Poki. Ads appear at natural breaks, or when you choose to watch one for a bonus. There are no ads you can't decline, and there is never anything to purchase.

When you play on a portal, that portal's own terms apply alongside these, and it is responsible for its ads and its platform.

Availability

The games are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them working and online, but we can't promise no bugs, no downtime, and no save data ever lost. Progress is stored in your browser, so clearing your browser data, switching devices, or using private browsing can lose it — unless you're signed in to a portal that backs it up for you, which is that portal's feature and not a guarantee we can make. Please don't treat a high score as something precious and irreplaceable.

We may change, update or retire a game at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ymedia Ventures BV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from playing a free game — including lost progress, lost scores, or a game being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that can't be limited by law. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Our work stays ours

The games, their code, art, sounds, names and this website belong to Ymedia Ventures BV. You're welcome to stream, record, and make videos of gameplay, including monetised ones. You're not welcome to redistribute the game itself or reuse its assets in your own project.

Law

Dutch law applies, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
